If our customers have processing problems or simply need supportive advice, our technical service is on site in the shortest possible time to find quick solutions together with the customer. Our high production and storage capacities enable us to deliver standard trays 24 hours a day.

Product development

Our specialists work exclusively with the latest CAD/CAM technologies.

Our own innovations and special customer requests can be realised quickly and easily. With our development capacities, we can present model proposals at short notice and incorporate customised adaptations. A special feature is Nutripack's own mould construction. This enables us to manufacture a wide variety of moulds on high-tech machines quickly, reliably and with maximum precision, and to use them immediately in series production.

Production

High-tech for the highest demands

Nutripack regularly invests in innovative technologies in order to react quickly to the high demands of the market. Up to 15,000 tonnes of plastic are processed annually on seven extrusion lines. Over 700 million trays, 60 million cups and around 100 million lids leave the 12 thermoforming lines every year. 24 automatic machines place suction inserts in around 350 million MAP trays at top speed. Production figures that we are proud of. This is made possible by our flexible working time system, which allows us to realise customer requirements at short notice.

Highest quality through concentrated expertise

In the interests of our customers, we attach great importance to individuality, flexibility and the highest quality in production. Our in-house toolmaking department is a key factor in this.

Investments in state-of-the-art machinery, combined with the concentrated expertise of our own product development and production, enable us to integrate the latest standards in tool technology. We cooperate closely with regional specialist companies and trust in the expertise of our employees. The result is customised moulding tools of the highest precision for rapid use in series production.

Raw materials and material variants

Smooth, ribbed, coloured, transparent or PE sealing layer

We process special types of polypropylene as our main raw material, which enable high transparency. By adding masterbatches, we can offer a huge range of colours for our products. Depending on the choice of raw materials and formulations, the films are suitable for temperatures from minus 20 to plus 121 degrees Celsius.

The future belongs to renewable raw materials. We are working intensively with these materials and can already offer our customers suitable products.

Whether smooth, ribbed, coloured, transparent or with a PE sealing layer, we always attach great importance to top quality.

Quality

Certified quality

We guarantee a consistently high quality standard for our products. We have introduced an efficient quality control system to prevent the delivery of faulty goods. In addition to the normal quality control in each shift, production samples are continuously tested by our qualified QA in state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. Independent scientific institutes regularly carry out additional tests and analyses for us.

Of course, we have also realised the complete traceability of our products as required by the new EU directives.

Hygiene

Highest standard of hygiene

Maximum hygiene is the top priority in food processing companies. This also applies to suppliers of packaging materials.

Nutripack is certified in accordance with the BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials, currently the highest hygiene standard in Europe. This means that we are subject to ongoing auditing and annual recertification by the certification body.

Environment

Environment and energy

We produce packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible. The best example of this is the ribbed tray we have developed.
The reduced use of raw materials conserves resources and demonstrates our responsibility for the environment.

Less raw materials, energy and weight = a plus for the environment! ECO PRO from Nutripack stands for packaging,
that protects the environment and conserves resources. We avoid waste by handling our raw materials carefully,
minimising their use and returning them to the production cycle as often as possible.

Nutripack has been utilising the waste heat from the compression systems as hall heating for years.
Since the end of 2008, we have also been generating around 30,000 KWh per year via a photovoltaic system.
This results in an annual CO2 reduction of around 30 tonnes.

Our aim is to make a significant contribution to global resource, climate and environmental protection by minimising
our annual consumption of energy and raw materials. For this reason, we have been ISO 50001:2011 certified since June 2013.
