We manufacture trays in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, colours and materials. They are smooth or ribbed, have one or more chambers and some have special inserts. Most trays are suitable for the MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) system.

Offer the consumer visually appealing, table-friendly packaging. Removal is easy and the cling lid reliably protects the contents. Sausage salad, mettwurst, tea sausage, cream cheese, antipasti and co. can be presented in an appetising way. All trays and lids are available in transparent, white or coloured versions. We can print the lids, cups and cup bases for you on request.

Nutripack was one of the first manufacturers to succeed in producing PP lids using the thermoforming process.
State-of-the-art technologies also enable the thermoforming of pre-printed films. Complex prints can be applied to the film in advance, opening up a new world of design.

Absorbent pads
Fixing absorbent pads without adhesive?
Ultrasonic welding, a process developed and patented by Nutripack, is the latest trend in packaging technology. There are no foreign substances in the tray and no destruction of the absorbent liner. The 3 to 5-fold welding also prevents detachment when liquid is absorbed.

Nutripack prints cups according to your ideas. Lids and bases are printed with the desired motifs using a direct printing process. Particularly elaborate prints are applied to the film before processing. This opens up greater scope for design.
